Volunteer
Hearts 4Kids Inc welcomes individuals, families, churches and professional teams who want to serve children in El Triunfo, Ecuador.
Our work in El Triunfo runs on people who show up: feeding children, supporting their education, providing medical care and standing with families living in poverty. Volunteers make those programs possible, both on the ground in Ecuador and from home in the United States.
Because we are a small 501(c)(3) organisation (EIN 47-4834211), we plan every trip personally with the people coming. There is no anonymous application portal — you talk to us, and we build the trip around real needs and your skills.

Help with reading, homework support, English practice, VBS-style lessons and activities for school-age children.
Prepare and serve meals, pack food for families, and help with community distributions in El Triunfo.
Painting, basic building, plumbing and maintenance work at the community center and in the homes of families we serve.
Translators, photographers, social workers, accountants, designers and developers are all useful — tell us what you do well.
You do not have to travel. Host a fundraiser, sponsor a child, organise a donation drive or advocate for the work in your church or workplace.
Email or call us and tell us your skills, your availability, and whether you want to come as an individual or bring a team.
We talk through dates, what the team will do while in El Triunfo, lodging, travel documents and realistic costs before anything is booked.
We share what to pack, what to expect on the ground, and how your role connects to the children and families you will meet.
Tell us who you are, what you would like to do and when you are free. We answer every enquiry personally.
