When you contact us, apply to volunteer or make a donation, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and the content of your message. Our website also records basic technical information such as page views and referring sites, which we use in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Donation processing

Online donations are processed by Givebutter, our third-party giving platform. Card and bank details are handled by Givebutter and its payment processors — Hearts 4Kids Inc never stores your full payment card information. We do keep a record of your gift (amount, date and designation) so we can issue receipts and acknowledge your support.

How we use your information

• To reply to your questions and volunteer or sponsorship enquiries.
• To issue donation receipts and maintain accurate charitable records.
• To send updates about our work in El Triunfo, when you have asked for them.
• To protect the site from spam and abusive submissions.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our giving platform and email provider — or where required by law.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adult supporters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Photographs and stories of the children we serve are shared with the permission of their families and, where appropriate, with names or identifying details withheld.

Your choices
